Sharkey was at the Speedway Public Library in Indiana, using one of its computers. A staffer happened to glance over Sharkey's shoulder as the begrudged vampire typed away feverishly, making death threats against Marion County judge David Certo and his family. In the letter, he promised he would beat, torture, and impale Certo but before doing that, he would make him watch his wife and children suffer the same fate first. The crime? Certo ruled against Sharkey in a previous case some time ago.
It's unusual for Sharkey to want to punish the judge's wife and children, especially with his beliefs that women are goddesses and children are sacred. Sharkey, the aspiring politician, claimed to have a strong policy against the abuse of women and children. Why is Certo's family exempt? It's bewildering that he would want to punish them what someone else did. Hypothetically, even if Certo did treat Sharkey unfairly, how is that the fault of an innocent child and a wife with no authority over her husband's job?
Needless to say, the threat was reported to the police and a warrant for his arrest was filed, but Sharkey had already fled Indiana for Grundy County, Tennessee to start his vampire commune.
In the early fall of 2008, a SWAT team stormed his vampire hideaway and arrested him on multiple charges, threatening Certo being one of them. He faced a trial in Minnesota first and then was taken to Indiana to be tried for threatening the judge.
Sharkey at first denied any wrongdoing, claiming that he follows vampire law and not the laws of the United States. He then justified his threats, claiming it was Certo who violated vampire law and hence must be punished. He claimed to be the king of all vampires and that many serve under him. However, the judge didn't buy it and the defiant bloodsucker plead guilty -- he was sentenced to two years in prison.
However, something odd happened. An agreement was made that would set Sharkey free under the conditions that he would leave the state, wouldn't return for at least a year, and would never contact David Certo or his family again. Sharkey agreed as he left Indiana and would eventually return to Minnesota, causing trouble for one family yet again.
The reason behind Sharkey's release was due to the fact that the state simply didn't want to deal with him anymore. A pretty irresponsible and self serving excuse, especially after knowing the havoc he has caused for so many people since being freed. If Sharkey lands himself in jail again, the judge and prosecutors mustn't make any deals. He must serve out his full sentence or else where is the justice?

Back on 11 Mar 14, I asked her and argued with her, to tell her mother about us, and to allow Melissa to Chaperone us. It meet with a NO! There was 11 emails in that discussion. 8) It is well documented in the Union County Superior Court, Elizabeth, NJ, that my mother was abusive to me. To the point where Judge John J. Callahan in June 1986, granted me a permanent restraining order against my mother. Not only for me, but my then wife and our unborn child(ren).
When I was 15, my mother squeezed my throat so bad, I had her finger imprints on my neck. The cops thought I was abused when a neighbor called them. I told the cops, it happened playing football. I lied. Too afraid to get hit again.
The attack was one of many. I have the scars to prove them. She even slit my throat. not enough to kill me, just to let me know, what she was capable of doing. I have that scar too.
Next thing you know, I was living with my grandmother.

May I please send it to her at her home address? Or, do I have to have a friend of hers give it to her? Or, should I ask your Pastor to give it to her. WAIT... I have sought permission to speak to your pastor, but, my request has not been approved yet.
So, how would you like your daughter to get her Birthday gifts? As well as a gift from someone in my family and other gifts I have for her, but, she wasn't able to take home.

OH.... Had this mess not have happened, and I was still secret, I would have set up a bank acct for ************ at the bank by her school, so anytime *************** needed money, she would have had access to it. I would deposit it in Tampa and automatically it would be in her account.

I was really hoping he'd admit to someone molesting him as a child, so he'd fit the profile perfectly.
