Jonathon "The Impaler" Sharkey loves to file dubious lawsuits against people. There was a case back in 2007 that shows what one vampire can do when you have nothing but time on your hands.
In October of 2007, Sharkey started a relationship with Spree Moneypenny from Brunswick, Ohio. Three weeks into the relationship, the heart-struck vampire proposed marriage. Seriously, why wait to get to know a person. A rush to judgement never hurt anyone, right? Well, actually, it did.
Four days after their bogus marriage, his newlywed bride overheard him on the phone saying that when he's elected president, he would kill his wife's stepfather. According to Sharkey, Spree attacked him, furious over his threatening statements. There would be many other claims like how she attacked him with his Star Wars lightsaber and how he punched him in the nose after he fell ill. Obviously, somebody must have poisoned him with garlic.
The suspicious vampire would also accuse Spree of adultery, stating she was conducting herself in a manner that was unbecoming of a potential First Lady. He claimed she role-played with men on the internet. He asserted that she told him that she was going to visit a sick family relative in West Virginia for a week, but never actually left Brunswick. In addition, he claimed she exposed herself to a man on a webcam and started an online relationship with another man in Idaho. Whether true or false, it sounded like Sharkey made the wrong decision to rush into a relationship and fake marriage.
Sharkey complained that Spree made statements about him that made him appear foolish. Spree joined a group called "WitchWars2" and posted negative comments about her immortal husband - a ridiculous charge since Sharkey alone is responsible for his foolish actions and appearance. This does appear to be an opinion favored by the public, however.
Spree's mother, Sandra, never liked her daughter's bloodsucking husband from the get-go. She attempted to stop the phony marriage between him and her daughter from happening and continually referred to him as a pedophile. Sharkey accused his "mother-in-law" of physical violence and verbal threats against him, claiming she threw a lit cigarette at him and threatened him with stalking and harassment charges.
Sharkey would eventually take the mother/daughter duo to court for adultery, domestic violence, defamation of character, and emotional distress. He sued for six million dollars, but he didn't get one dime. Judge Kathleen O'Malley ruled against Sharkey, concluding that his lawsuit was just a sad attempt at further harassing the defendants. She also included that he has a four pattern of filing vexations and harassing lawsuits under the name of Rocky Flash, Rocky Hurricane, Darth Hurricane, Jonathon "The Impaler" Sharkey, Kathleen Sharkey, and Lourdes Sharkey.
The case against Spree and Sandra Moneypenny was rightfully dismissed.

*giggles* He tried to sue for 6 million dollars due to emotional distress, domestic violence, and cheating? I love how the judge called him out for using the lawsuit as a means to keep harassing his ex. Go O'Malley! It's your birthday! *giggles*
